Generate intake PDFs
Upload your patient intake .csv export (one header row, one patient per row). The server builds one PDF per row and returns a single ZIP download. Files are processed in memory and are not stored on disk.
Maximum upload 20 MB. No files are retained on the server after processing unless you add storage later. Run behind HTTPS and restrict access for HIPAA-aligned use.
